I am Lydia Anuragini — an instructional design professional with over 16 years of experience creating impactful learning solutions across industries including banking, healthcare, education, railways, finance, logistics, and procurement. My expertise spans designing eLearning and ILT programs, developing curricula on soft skills, technical training, and product knowledge, and integrating interactive videos, scenario-based learning, mentor-led approaches, and gamified solutions to engage learners at every level.
Throughout my career I have worked with tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and SnagIt. Yet I believe that true instructional design mastery lies not in the tools themselves, but in the strategy and learner-centric design approach that drives meaningful outcomes.
My journey has been deeply personal as well. In May 2021, I lost my husband — the love of my life. At that time, my children were just 11 and 4 years old. Standing strong for them became my greatest challenge and my greatest source of resilience. Today, I channel that strength into helping others — whether aspiring instructional designers seeking to enter the field or experienced professionals aiming to elevate their craft.
